Healthcare Express is an excellent urgent care facility with courteous and friendly employees. The staff is thorough, efficient, and caring. Melissa, a skilled nurse, provides compassionate treatment. The urgent care also goes above and beyond to assist with insurance inquiries, offering alternative options and providing helpful recommendations.
Highly recommend! I walked in desperate for help for my in-laws and they couldn’t have been better taken care of. The doctor immediately put us in a room and the entire staff was incredible. They were compassionate, professional, proactive and efficient. This office is exactly how good medical care used to be, and although it’s an urgent care it felt like a small family practice who listens and cares about their patients.
It’s Mike Larsen that is my go to as my main doctor .. he has the experience and knowledge to do as needed every single time! And his curiosity is so great that he’s a huge asset to us as a family !! He has always willing to help in our care and is of major importance for us to be certain we’ve been taken care of thoroughly!

I’ve always liked Dr. Mike and Dr. Bill Long before the clinic changed ownership. Melissa is great too only complaint today was they never returned the phone call and I had an hour and a half wait but that’s the way it goes in the medical business these days.
