I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Emser tile and their staff. Everybody was fantastic and very helpful however, Lori Fisher was outstanding.
I was a total novice and had no idea about tiles or anything else, and I was trying to renovate three different bathrooms at the same time. It was a herculean feat and I didnt know where to start.
Lori Fisher took me under her wing, and we went room by room and tile by tile itemizing tiles and finishes that would best suit me and my family. She actually even made diagrams and wrote everything out. She followed up with the various contractors and made the whole process easy, fun and successful.... read full review

spent a lot on a very specific tile. had massive water damage. they searched their records and not only found my receipt, but tried to track down the tile that had been discontinuedamazing customer service. will only shop here forever. thank you guys

Only been to this business once.. my husband did most of the talking, buying etc. I just helped pick out the product. The young man who helped us was Travis. (Pretty sure that's his name) he was great. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would say he's definitely an asset to the company. Also... they had such a great selection! I would definitely recommend my friends!
