Today was my first appointment with Dr. Ho. She was excellent! Her communication skills and patient care is wonderful! I highly recommend her and her staff and look forward to being her patient for many years to come.
This is "THE BEST" optometrist in the valley! Dr. Serena Ho is very thorough and is the only Doctor who continues to get my lenses perfect! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you're taken care of and everything is perfect.
Dr. Ho and team are very patient/customer friendly. The eye exam is thorough and gave me confidence that my eye health & vision prescription are accurate and suited best in various frame selections for best results (seeing well). The office is clean, frames available on a-few walls, so plenty of choices. Thank you to the entire team at Desert EyeWorks Optometry, nearly next door to Bristol Farms in Palm Desert.
