They ruined a pair of my pants. They were dark blue when I brought them in. When I picked them up they were light purple on one back leg. Clearly something happened and when I showed them the discoloration the woman stated that it was because of my sweating on the back of my legs. Really? They took no responsibility for damaging my pants so I am suing them in court on December 12 2022. No customer service and I was told the store manager would call me to discuss. You think he ever called me? Of course not. We take our clothes to a different cleaners now.

I brought my beautiful Tommy Bahama comforter in to be cleaned during the Summer, and when I picked it up I kept it in inside the same packaging and hanger that came from the Palm Desert "Discount Cleaners" and hung it up in our clothing closet. I recently opened it up to put on our bed and found it very dingy looking - especially after putting our matching pillow shams next to it. I realized it looked far worse than when I brought it to this cleaner location. I decided to go in to see if they would attempt to make things right - either with a full refund, or offer to clean it again with a better process than they used originally. Zip, Zero - Nothing!! The prices have gone crazy. It's $4.75 plus for pants and t shirts. Way to much. They have raised there prices so much because they can. It is not that expensive to clean clothes to raise their price that much. I think it's time to try other cleaners or change their name from discount cleaners
