Was recommended by a friend that they do a salt scrub and deep tissue massage. I called and made an appointment for a 90 scrub and massage. I arrived to a very soothing environment. My therapist greeted me with a smile and directed me to the room.
She started with a warm towel and then the deep tissue massage. She worked out all of my sore spots. Some were more tender and she sensed that and adjusted the pressure. After the massage she applied the scrub. Probably the best Ive ever experienced. More warm towels to clean up, and I was ready to face the rest of the day.
I'll be back to try their other therapies.
