MRI It took me almost a month to get my results. That's really not fair the reason not enough help to read the X-ray. Plus I had to jump through hoops because I have a stimulator in my back.
This company has to be in the top 5 of the worst of my experiences in the "medical" industry. Totally inept scheduling, cancellations same day for no valid reason, equipment breaking and another reschedule debacle. Add in the curt, cold and unhelpful clerks behind the desk, my advice is DO NOT COME HERE. Oh, and they like to try and overcharge you your co-pay. And if you do not pay this overcharge, they will not perform the scan/xray. I even called Blue Cross right from the waiting room and they informed me I knew the correct co-pay but the clowns here would not accept their word. I've been to several DAI locations throughout the desert for over 20 years. Visits are typical of what to expect at an imaging facility. However, the two times I've been to the Palm Desert location, it's been so frustrating because of the check-in. Front office staff (this time, the person "helping" me) has made what should be an easy check-in process, a nightmare. From the insurance verification to my copay to just getting the order straight.
