⭐️⭐️ Only because the doctors are amazing – the front office is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!

Let me be clear: the doctors at this practice are incredible. They’re compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their patients. That’s the only reason I’ve stuck around this long.

But the front office? Completely unacceptable. I’ve dealt with both the Palm Desert and La Quinta locations and the front desk girls at both are unprofessional, careless, and flat-out rude. Their communication is trash. They don’t return calls. You can’t get through to anyone for anything. And if you need a prescription refill? Good luck. I had to wait weeks...read full review

My doctor is here, inexpensive , not premier care / attention , check your patience at the door. The PA's and MA's are Young and they talk fast so you have to ask them to repeat + slow down...., they called in my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and also don't pronounce your name Correctly...otherwise it's an acceptable medical office for primary care.
