Coy was professional, super friendly, extremely thorough and very knowledgeable about property inspections. He and his associate, Max, were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time for the inspection and performed a very thorough, but efficient, inspection of the property. Once the inspection was completed, Coy sat down with us and explained all his findings in a very detailed fashion dividing his findings into three categories, being maintenance type items, recommendation type issues, and safety items.
