I found Best Tec by googling "instant hot water heater repair". I called and had an appointment within days. My old heater was on its last legs and Best Tec explained throughly why it could not be repaired and laid out a few options for replacement. This replacement happened in 2 days. They were neat and efficient. The unit they installed was the same as another unit we have and they fine tuned that one for me at no charge. I would definitely refer Best Tec for water heater replacement or maintenance. As a plus while re plumbing for the new tank they also installed an outside hose bib gratis. Win/win!
After trying another plumbing co. to fix my problems. Thankfully I called Best Tec. Best Tec was fantastic in helping me resolving the issues with my tankless water heater. Stan trouble shot the problems and actually got Rinnai to send me a complete new unit. Stan R/R the old (5 years) tankless heater and everything is working great. Getting Rinnai to replace my unit would have never happened without Stan's experience (40 Years) and persistence. Thank You Stan
I have a tankless water system and was unable to get hot water. I called Best Tec and in a timely fashion they sent their technicians, Stan and Aaron. My experience could not have been more pleasant. They explained what caused the problem and promptly took care of it. Kind, friendly, professional best describe them. I highly recommend this company!
