As a small business owner - I felt compelled to write a review on the customer service received at this facility, having dealt specifically with Kyle. We had an emergency situation with our A/C unit during a heat wave and needed some temporary solution. United Rentals came through in a timely manner to help us navigate the situation and then they were very accommodating, understanding and professional in handling the situation. We would not hesitate to use their services again in the future!
