A well-deserved 5 stars for Nathaniel and the trenchless plumbing crew for the estimate, the repair work, the cleanup, and the fair price. Trenchless sewer service was clearly the right choice for this plumbing job in Pacoima. The work was done with great care, and the final cost came in lower than the other plumbing estimates I received. Nathaniel was very responsive when setting up the estimate. me and my husband had been staying at a rental for several days when one morning we noticed the toilets were not flushing and the shower tubs were backing up with dirty water. we contacted the host, and a plumbing company was called out. they said they would arrive by 2 pm, and barry actually showed up a little early, which was a big relief. barry was very professional, patient, and clearly knew his plumbing work well. he explained the drain issue in simple terms, got right to work, and handled the clogged line efficiently. he was also friendly around my dogs, which i really appreciated. the bathroom plumbing was working properly again in about 30 minutes, and everything...read full review
We received a notice about constant water use, likely from a hidden plumbing leak, so we called a local plumber after a recommendation. When i explained that there was no visible water anywhere, they quickly suspected a slab leak under the concrete floor. They sent Barry, and he arrived on time, found the source within a few hours, and stopped the leak with only two small openings under the sink drywall. The next day, he returned to run new piping and fully restore the line, with just one additional small drywall opening under another sink. he kept us updated the whole time, explained the repair process clearly, and made a stressful plumbing issue much easier to handle....read full review
