This morning we had all the carpet in our home professionally cleaned, and the whole service was excellent. the price was very reasonable, the deodorizer worked really well, and the overall carpet cleaning job was fabulous, especially for a home with pets. leonard did a great job and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. i really appreciated how fresh, clean, and revived the carpet looked after the cleaning, and it made the whole house feel more comfortable. they also left blower fans to help the carpet dry faster, which was very helpful, and you simply call when you are done for pickup. i love this part of the service too because it makes the drying process easy and convenient. overall, a very smooth, professional, and high quality carpet cleaning experience with great results.
A few weeks ago i came home and found a big stain on my favorite white sheepskin rug after my cat had an accident on it. I honestly did not think the odor would come out, but this carpet and rug cleaning service was willing to help when others would not. leonard replied very quickly, made the drop-off process easy, and had flexible hours, which really helped. We did have a question about one spot in the carpet, and they quickly scheduled a return visit to check it out. zachary came back, inspected the area carefully, and explained that the spot was being caused by something in the carpet fibers and not by the cleaning itself.
