I can’t say enough good things about America Pro Carpet Care. We had a sprinkler leak at one of my accounts in Pacoima, and several oriental rugs and Persian rugs got soaked. Angel and the crew quickly picked up all 25 rugs and took them to their rug cleaning facility for proper care. They really know the right rug cleaning process for delicate oriental and Persian rugs, including washing, drying, and protecting the fibers and colors. We had Leonard from America Pro Carpet Care come out to Pacoima to clean our great room carpet and the upholstered kitchen table chairs, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. leonard was very friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. he explained each step of the carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning process in simple terms, so i knew what to expect before he started.
