“I’ve been visiting Dr. Thomas ever since I was six years old and had spinal issues. I am twenty three years old at the time of this review, spinal issues have alleviated & now I come here to address minor issues a few times a year.His team of masseuse experts are wonderful and sensitive to your needs. Najib and David especially are very insightful and ask many questions while they are giving me massage to warm me up for the Chiropractic visit. Appointments are pretty timely, the latest I’ve started after a scheduled time was about 10 minutes.The table side manners that Dr. Thomas have feel personal. It feels like he cares for every patient this way. His office has helped me through ankle injuries, scoliosis, injuries that arose from contact sports , and surprisingly, a wrist ligament replacement surgery rehab. Turned what would have been nearly a year of rehab at a much more expensive location into seven and a half months!The exercises that I was given for my hands to increase my finger strength were instrumental in recovering from that operation. If you are looking for a fantastic massage and live in Pacifica or close by try the Touch Day Spa with Lana. She is absolutely the best! There is easy, stress free parking. Very reasonable rates. The spa is very relaxing, cozy, clean, neat and inviting. The moment you arrive you will start feeling relaxed and able to take a deep breath out! Lana is amazing. She takes her time and her whole being reflects being relaxed and unhurried, but very professional at the same time. You can tell when someone has a lot of experience or not. She knows her stuff. Lana is very polite and welcoming. One of the best massages Ive ever had. So glad I found her! Definitely recommend!“

“I started receiving treatments from Viktoriya about 6 years ago for a herniated disc injury from many years earlier. The pain was greatly reduced after the first visit and over time the treatments I received on my low back kept me able to continue my lifestyle. Currently the 22 year old injury is the least pain free it's ever been and I rarely require attention in that area.Over the years Viktoriya worked with me on various other issues and taught me more about how Chinese medicine could be used in healing.
