“I would like to post a shout out to Shoreview Dental. I have been a patient there for a number of years, but now that I am retired and my dental coverage has changed there has been some additional financial burdens on me. Recently I had need for a dental implant, which is pretty pricey. I was referred to an oral surgeon for the first component of the implant. Without going into detail, I was very upset and displeased with my visit there. The dentist himself, was very capable and I would have liked to work with him. The billing staff, however, was not at all pleasant, and made it clear, I was not a preferred client, and literally ushered me out the back door when I stated my difficulty meeting their costs. There was no discussion regarding what was in their quote or how I might meet it. I gave Shoreview a call, and they jumped right on it! Their front desk listened to me, and recognized my needs and concerns. They provided me with a referral to another oral surgeon; one who met my insurance needs more closely. I can't believe how concerned they were, and how much they cared about me and their ability to meet my needs. Although they are not enrolled in my dental plan, when it comes to doing the second half of my implant, I am definitely going back to them. Integrity and customer service can never be overlooked. Shoreview Dental ranks a 10 out of 10 on both of these. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me in the past and what you are doing for me now. My teeth thank you as well!!”
