Got the best workout with Derek in the Cardio Sculpt class on Thursday! It was a great class, and he’s a really good teacher. It felt so good to finally be working out in person with actual people. It’s been so long. Love this studio! So thankful it’s in the neighborhood!

My daughter has had a wonderful experience with the studio. She learned so much from her acting and dance classes and is looking forward to attending more! The teachers were nurturing and the classes are taught at a professional level. I was very impressed with the curriculum and how much she has retained.

Beautiful space and great service, Cami and Derek are truly sweethearts and invested to the art. They have a lot to offer, from self-taping room to fitness classes, dancing. It's really an all in one and good incentive for the youth and adult. 100% recommend them
