Fivd stars for the dental staff, zero stars for the parking. You have to have a cell phone to park at the building and you have to stand in the blazing sun in their parking lot and work out how the app works. You have to guess how long you will be there. There are no refunds if you overestimate. There is no human assistance available. I think it's pretty sketchy. I could go across the street and park for nothing in the Ralph's parking lot but I would find that difficult since I walk with a cane.
Dr. Loewen is a dream. I'm so grateful for the kindness and humanity she consistently shows my kids and me. Her approach is warm, personable, professional, and fun. We feel very lucky to have found her. The entire office is tops.
The overall performance of the staff and the care we receive is outstanding. My latest experience is to get whitening of my teeth. Mr. Emil Tanavar is taking care of this task. While the procedure is standard but my teeth with decades of strains require special attention and very challenging. Mr. Emil is doing a great job step by step and educating me how to continue at home and willing to oversee the progress and I will see him if and as needed. In addition, the facility is extremely clean and state of the art.
