My favorite nail salon in the Palisades (and there are a LOT). I have an appointment with Evon every 3-4 weeks and she never fails to make my nails look flawless. Evon is the absolute best, but everyone at Bellagio is amazing. Clean, relatively easy parking, good vibes, well-priced.
