I’m giving two stars because not only did the lady working there give me $15 in quarters when I handed her a $20 and had to remind her that she owed me $5, but now I’m missing the other $20 that I withdrew from the machine. She was nowhere to be found as I was loading my laundry. She left for the day. Knowing that I may or may not have needed more detergent. As I was loading the dryer, I was sticking quarters in, and it wasn’t registering all of my quarters in more than ob dryer. So not only am I missing $20, but have lost money trying to dry my clothes. First time here and never going back.

My first time using this laundromat. Saturday mid-afternoon. No bathroom. I think that's against Health Department code and I'll check into it. They only accept dollar coins and quarters. The change machine was out of service. And I discovered that AFTER I had already loaded the washing machines with my laundry detergent, softener, bleach and clothes. The floor was filthy. Cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever been too!! I’ve been a customer for over 7 years!! I now have laundry coin machine at home but the washers here are way more efficient, and this place is super safe friendly. Yeah there’s no soap or snacks but you can buy it next door at rite aid or ace. Never have to worry about anyone stealing your clothes here that’s for sure
