I have been coming to DSTT for the last 2 years when I moved into the area. All I can say is this studio and Sarah and her staff are a gift. I had taken private pilates lessons for 8 years before moving here. I was extremely concerned about being able to continue my practice and being able to afford it. All I can say is I feel blessed to be a part of this place where the focus is on ensuring each person can achieve strength and balance--to achieve their best selves. I highly recommend anyone who wants to improve their strength, balance and overall well-being to join the DSTT team. Thanks Sarah and Rob for what you have created. ❤️

Love both strength training and Pilates . I feel stronger both physically and mentally.
