Disappointing experience. I took some blouses and a jacket in for cleaning and on pick up the prices were double what I had seen when I dropped them off. When questioning the difference I was told women's clothing were more costly. The disparity and difference between gender was not appreciated.

Managing customer experience and transparency are important in my book. Owner wasn't interested so I won't be back nor refer.

I started going to Cypress Cleaners because I couldn't stand the smell my clothes had from other cleaners. I'm very pleased with how my clothes turn out! Prices are competitive and turn around time is great. I even took an item in and they were able to have it ready by end of day! I won't be taking my dry cleaning anywhere else!
