“I hired Division Painting and received a quote for painting that was great. When I told Victor Juarez (I think the owner) that I needed carpet removed and wood flooring placed first he said he could do that too. I was surprised as I thought I was hiring painters. He said his crew could also do the floors. I booked him and he and his team did a perfect job. I could not figure out the paint color and insisted I could do it on my own. After 20 paint samples on the wall and still no decision, Victor brought in 6 more samples and waited until I made the right decision. He weighed in after telling him what I was looking for. He even took my samples and repainted the samples on the walls (since I did not properly do them). He was patient and helpful. The end result was perfect. The wood floors were perfectly executed. He found the brand and exact match to the ones in other rooms and ordered them. He and his team executed flooring in a 100 year old uneven flooring home and managed to leave me without creaky floors. He studied what was underneath the carpets in each room (all different) and figured out how best to achieve the best result. Along the way, of course, I found other mini repairs that were needed for the house and asked Victor if he and his team could also do them for extra charge of course. He changed out door stoppers, changed out baseboards that were water damaged, heating vents that were rusted, even assisted with a laundry room door that wouldn't close as I bought a washer that was too big. A few other wonders: Victor was responsive during the project and completed the project on time. When he noticed the project may take more time than he expected, he asked to start early and exactly finished on the day that he said he would. As someone who is a little OCD about time management, this was extremely respectful and much appreciated. The neighbors also commented on how nice his team was and how cleanly they were, never arriving before 8a and dusting and hosing down all the accumulated dust. A 6/5 star for Victor and his team.“
