“I brought my Shih Tzu in because he had swallowed a pill that my mom dropped on the floor. Chloe and Ingrid took great care of Milo as well as the doctor. They immediately gave him eye drops to induce vomiting. Staff for all very friendly and made me feel comfortable that my dog would be getting the best care possible. They kept him under observation for about 6 hours. Great experience, highly recommend Diablo View Vet.“

They are a wonderful caring group of professionals from the front office to Dr. Judy and Dr Kate to the new vets.

We were especially impressed by the thoughtfulness, patience, and honesty we experienced here (ie, Dr. Johnson proactively recommended an ointment outside of the clinic to save us money). They were also able to schedule us in quickly and conduct the surgery the day of the exam!“

“Muir Oaks has been the best vet we have gone to. This is saying a lot because we have moved often and gone to at least 7 different vets in the last 6 years. They are great fantastic for veterinary care and they are amazing for boarding. My dog was extremely aggressive to most people and dogs, but here she was able to connect with the staff and feel more comfortable. They also comforted us when we unfortunately had to put her down. They gave us the kindness we needed and treated us like we really lost a family member, which we did. If I still lived in the area, I would be a lifelong client.“

“We have nothing but praise for the staff and the care here. We started going here for physical therapy for a 13 year old dog at Canine Rehabilitation Center. He had arthritis and was also receiving treatment for cancer at SAGE. The physical therapy work they with him made a huge difference. The cancer ended up taking him, but he had very happy, energetic and enjoyable live up until the end.

We now use Muller as our primary vet for two dogs. The vet we were using previously was bought by Thrive and the quality/availability of care became unreliable. The prices are reasonable and the staff are great.“

I have been going there over the last three years, I took all the recommendations the doctor gave and my dog benefitted for example, Bella, my dog had extreme itching so the doctor recommended an allergy shot an her Itching and scratching immediately went away. “I've noticed such a positive shift in the atmosphere at the clinic! Thank you for continuing to better the practice for the wellbeing of our pets. I went from dreading having to bring in my cats because they left traumatized and I felt like nothing really happened, to now looking forward to the comprehensive care and love my cats will receive- such a notable step up in the level of care. Even for my spicy orange one, they just make it work and don't make me or her feel like a problem.

I brought in my mellow baby boy this past month for an urgent same day visit, and was met with the kindest front desk staff who helped work me in & the most knowledgeable/gentle tech. I watched my cat receive the most thorough exam followed by the best explanations and steps for a work up. I even got a call with the xray results same day- the Dr didn't have to do that, they said 24-48 hrs. I have even called back for advice and follow up, and gotten to speak with the Dr's on staff that day, without feeling like a burden.

I rarely do reviews but wanted to give a shout out because the positive shift is remarkable, the warmth you feel when you walk in is now palpable, and the security I feel calling them my vet is peace you need as a pet owner.

I want to apologize for my misinformation. The rehabilitation program for this vet is backed up by 16 weeks, not the hospital itself.“

“Dr. Aparicio and staff are great. She doesn't rush through the appointment like most other vets, whether we're there with our 2 dogs for annuals or for a health issue. Sometimes we wait longer than normal but it's ok because I know she's taking the time with other patients that she gives us. I like her honesty-our dogs are our children and as dog parents we need to be reminded they have different needs than humans. She's also very knowledgeable and even helps out with zoos. I love that they will call the drug reps to ask about proper dosages for my tiny rescue and that she will pull out a book now and again to double check something like the compounds, breed, and health issues. It's reassuring that someone is making sure they didn't miss something. There's never unnecessary testing (we have insurance for our dogs so I know I'll get reimbursed) and we can always count on a thorough explanation of what's going on. We're always allowed to stay in the room to help calm them too which I love. This vet has been practicing for many years and between her and the staff you can tell by how they treat the animals. They really love them, care about what they do, and want the best for them. You can tell a LOT about people by how they treat animals. Thanks Dr. Aparicio and team CVPH!“
