“these guys were great... friendly and efficient desk staff. medical folk were cool. i came in for a wrist injury. all pretty standard stuff. but yea... kind of a no-brainer here. if they don't accept your insurance, be less critical of them and more critical of your insurance. contact your provider and have them tell you where to go. don't like it? move to europe.“

“I came here for a foot injury and I was cautious because of all the bad reviews. I came on a Sunday around 1pm and must have gotten lucky because when I arrived there were only two people waiting and no wait to check in. As soon as I finished checking in, about 4-5 people had come in one after another and there was a huge line just to check-in.I was called maybe 10 minutes after sitting down and had x-rays done within the next 15 minutes. In total, from check-in to the time I left, it was no more than an hour. That’s amazing considering it was the middle of the day on a Sunday and not many places are open.The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the doctor didn’t even touch my foot and didn’t go into detail with my x-rays or diagnosis (I had multiple fractures) and he just referred me to an orthopedic doctor. Even that big line of people waiting when I went in was gone when I was leaving. Seems like they do a good job of getting people looked at quickly even if the check-in process might take a while.I hope I don’t ever need to go to urgent care again but if I do, I’d probably come here.“
