Shout out to Monica. She was so helpful today helping me find a matching foundation, blush, translucent powder and lip combo. This is the second time I’ve been to ulta.. I’m usually a Sephora gal but I think I’m officially switched. Both times customers service was just so much better
Sonia is amazing at customer service! She approached me with such a happy, friendly attitude and was genuinely willing to help and answer any questions I had. I couldn’t find a product I was looking for, and when I got to checkout, she asked if I had found everything I needed. When I told her I hadn’t, she immediately looked up the product and went on the hunt for it—and she found it! I really appreciated her going above and beyond instead of simply telling me it wasn’t available. Sonia made my shopping experience so much better. Great customer service like hers deserves to be recognized!
Well stocked and maintained clean :) I know I can always count on this location to have the products I need (and even more I never expected to find) it’s a pleasurable shopping experience because of how spacious and bright it is in there
