Massage Envy offers a range of services, including massage, skin care, and total body stretch, all aimed at promoting overall wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Customers are typically greeted with friendly smiles at the front desk, and the management is described as efficient and approachable. The front desk staff is very professional and helpful, with a convenient appointment reminder system that many customers appreciate. The aestheticians, such as Janna and Gisele, are praised for their exceptional work, taking their time to provide the care and attention needed to help clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
The massage therapists at Massage Envy receive mixed reviews. While some, like David, are praised for their perfect massage and magic touch, others have been known to engage in unnecessary chatter during sessions, which can disrupt relaxation. Clients have expressed a preference for quiet environments to unwind, and management has been encouraged to remind therapists to avoid excess conversation unless initiated by the client.
Several customers have had positive experiences with specific therapists. Candice, for example, reintroduced a customer to the wonders of massage therapy, being professional, attentive to preferences, and having a great personality. William is appreciated for his skill at melting away stress, with clients wishing their membership included more frequent sessions. Coretta received praise for her patience and for giving a daughter an awesome facial, leaving her skin looking amazing. Overall, Massage Envy continues to be a place where clients find relaxation, quality service, and friendly staff.
My 1st time at Massage Envy Oxnard was enchanting. While waiting for my appointment (was early) I enjoyed the Tranquility lounge & was treated with a warmed Lavender neck wrapped that enabled me to Let Go which is a challenge.
Ms. Bowen was attentive to what I thought I wanted and showed me what was better in her massage technique! Excellent experience, I highly recommend her skill set. Many thanks to all. See you soon!
I saw Ms. Candace yesterday. Everything was very achy in my body due to lots of work on the road . We didn’t talk about the pressure or type of massage I wanted . She did her thing . She has a very nurturing touch. Relaxation has its place as a modality for sure. Thanks for the nice bodywork Candace .
This was my first time back to massage envy after quite some time. I was really fortunate to have Candice reintroduce me to the wonders of Massage therapy. She was fantastic. She was very professional, asked me about my preferences (where she totally delivered), and had such a great personality. I will certainly request her in future visits.
