I am in recovery only bought one year in advance for best price mostly positive experience staff and desk are cooperative and receptive to my advancement promised red light therapy is taking to long as money appears going to new gym some recovey equipment needs to be updated or replaced so its use is time consuming my advice is dont forget about the already signed up under contract people You have already or they may not resign the best only sure bet are those you have already longer hours on Sunday would be helpful
Love this gym. It is cost effective and the hours are great. I work out in the mornings which is a good time to go to avoid big crowds and attend jiu jitsu classes in the evenings. The class sizes are typically small and the training is good.
Devonte is the man! He got my girlfriend and I set up on our memberships super cool and friendly dude to talk to. I wasn't going to be joining the gym because of how far I live but he talked me into it. The layout is really nice and has a lot of good amenities.
