Replacing the roof was a priority given home insurance was a struggle to find and we were warned we may get a “fix-it-or-get-cancelled” notice. They visited the property late on a Friday evening for measurements. Getting a roof from Sosa and Son was a great experience. First off, they send you a written proposal of exactly what they are doing and what it cost. Three other roofers only gave me hand waving verbal "approximate costs". Sosa and Sons prices were competitive with the other bids that I received and they included redoing the facias, where the others did not. They were fast getting the permits, doing the work and having it inspected. The whole re-roof and wood repair project was completed in a week. Also, this was big, they cleaned up everything.
