For live pickups, drivers must dock their trailers at assigned docks, chock wheels, and disconnect. The office is located at the back of the building, and drivers should wait for a call before checking in and completing paperwork. I arrived at 11:45am for my 5:30am appointment, once you get to the gate and it opens make an immediate right turn and go all the straight down towards guard shack. Walk over to check in, if it’s your first time here the guard will say what to do and also give you an instruction sheet to follow and fill out. I slide my tandems to rear, opened trailer doors, and proceed straight and followed the road to my dock door.

This is a cool place to pick up from. The line can be long sometimes, but other than that. It's cool. O! And no parking in the area unless you get creative andor take some risks. There was a Walmart around the way, but I've heard Walmart put a stop to all that. Not sure though. O! When you checkout, make sure to have a pen and fill out and sign your paperwork correctly! They'll make you do it all over again. It's like filling out paperwork to buy a house😂😂
You drive up to the gate, they open it for you, turn right, there's a line of several trucks, check in, take your papers to the window when it's your turn, they'll tell you where to go and what the door number is, and then you drive up to the door, take your documents to the registration desk, then completely unhook the trailer and wait for a phone call; when your trailer is empty, they'll call you.
