They should pull up to the stop sign and wait to exit until they are the first in line. Careful handling of license plates is necessary as they are returned through a small window. For live pickups, drivers must dock their trailers at assigned docks, chock wheels, and disconnect. The office is located at the back of the building, and drivers should wait for a call before checking in and completing paperwork. The company has a reputation for efficiency, with one driver reporting a quick loading process. While there are some drawbacks, such as the lack of a restroom, the staff is generally helpful and friendly.
12.07.2025 why security room have black film. They can't speak well via black windows. Why drivers canot see them. Is they r Prisoners. For good interface we need to see each others.
I don’t know why so many negative reviews. The security guards and unloading guy were polite and friendly. Checking in was fast, only one truck in front of me. They gave me a door right away. Quick unloading, like 20 min. Empty check out even faster. In total I spent there less than an hour.
Entrance is on látigo, once you entre street, and you reach the fence make a right turn, toward the Oxnard mural, get to the stop sign and check at guard shack, take pen, CDL AND pick up info, to the left window, guys at guard shack most of the time are in a bad mood, speak so low, “speaker” does not work, they get so mad quick. I do drop and hooks, sometimes it’s ready. Place needs more happy people.
