I wrote an email to Mr. Oneill and received a quick, very personal, and very nice email back within minutes. When I came in for a same day appointment, Mr. Oneill was very funny and made me feel comfortable, and took his time with me. There was no rush to see other patients, just a concern to adress my problems. I'll be going back whenever I need it!
