Extremely unresponsive to appointments. Called her up for an appointment she seemed really confused why someone would call for an appointment when her number is clearly on Google? Definitely scheduled an appointment with no intention in actually keeping it. She was so vague with times dates and when the day actually came for the appointment she never responded to our texts about her address! Very unprofessional.
She's really bad at braiding. My part wasn't even straight, braids weren't tight, and she was late to her own appointment which is crazy because it's at her own house. Don't waste you money coming here.
Vanessa is extremely unprofessional. Called to schedule an appointment and it seemed like she didn't want to book. She eventually did book, 3 days later. She does not respond in a timely manner. After she scheduled my appointment, she never gave me her address.
