DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY! Paid off my car loan with this loan company 2 years ago. Went to trade in the car at Carmax and apparently they never sent the lien release to the DMV AFTER 2 YEARS. When I called Angie at the local office in Oxnard and pointed out that this should've been taken care of 2 years ago her literal response was "yeah should've would've could've" . I'll be contacting the BBB tomorrow
Waiting over 5-6 hours on the phone on and off , for them to get my hopes up for a loan I had been "approved" for. Literally 3 minutes later the "manager" called . She didn't sound professional, had no other solutions in hand, she just asked if I had money? Like I would be applying for a loan if I did dur duh dur. Anyways , the 2 ladies I spoke with I believe Silvia and Olivia , they both were patient and helpful. Just didn't like how fast they tell someone they got approved without even knowing .
