Staff are really friendly But They need better communication with Las Islas clinic on South or with Ultrasound tech or front desk and with their own Urgent care ... Urgent care say something or go earlier than your appointment and when you get to the clinic on South Islas they end up not wanting to see you until your appointment time. I was at Urgent care on Oct 30 I scheduled an appointment for ultrasound on Nov 20 and later in the evening around 3 Urgent Care calls me and told me that my ultrasound appointment is going to be the next day on Oct 31 at 330 and when I get there they didn't wanted to check me in because I didn't had an appointment they called the tech and they didn't know nothing about someone telling me they call me to go to ultrasound on Oct 31 at 3:30 meanwhile have to wait until Nov 20. They called Urgent care as well and no one remembered they called me. Urgent care and clinica of las Islas as well as their Ultrasound tech needs to be more communication and called them when it's an urgent to be seen sooner than the time of appointment or day of ultrasound changes as well.

The laboratory manager seems to not like his job, this is the second time he treats me disrespectfully.On several occasions they never find the order that the doctor sends.I come to this laboratory out of necessity but I do not recommend it.

they NEVER ANSWER PHONES. I GOT A RIDE FROM VENTURA ALL THE WAY TO THEIR OFFICE IN OXNARD - still on hold. and don't choose "press 1 to leave an urgent message or 2 regualr and someone will call you back within 3 hours". I think they meant "we won't call you back , or answer phones or respond to messages on the patient portal ever. " ugh

A person may have to wait awhile but if you need any medical help this is the place to go.

They have a bad system, you call to make appointments and they answer after an hour or two, you leave messages and they never return your calls, they always tell you that there is a high volume of calls or that all of Oxnard was making calls at the same time, their system that they have is terrible.

0 stars. Worst Place. They never answer the phone! But as soon as you walk in their all there sitting on their chairs. Cant at least 1 answer phone calls?!!!! Ridiculous !

The other day I was on hold for 20 minutes, today I am still on hold and have been for 35 minutes. They rarely answer the phone, they never get back to voicemails. If you urgently need to see your doctor, sucks because you still need to make an appointment and it looks like you can't be seen for another month. (: Also their website doesn't work.
