Similar experience to another customer. Marcos was friendly, updated pipes throughout the house, and did a great job. But he would not come back to resolve an issue with a sewer smell. It’s been months of back and forth and unfulfilled promises to swing by and fix. Time to move on.

Bathroom remodel, Marcos redid the pipes. He was nice to deal with and did a good job. He would not come back out to check pipes that were making noise. I thought it was the valve in the shower, turned out it was, it was a cheap value but Marcos wasn't willing to come out and check(had to sleep with that noise for 3 weeks). Come out and check, if it's the valve that's bad then I need to pay you to install another one. Crazy. Another plumber came out, recognized the issue and fixed it. No warranty work.
