Rob is the only plumber I will call from now on . I had a plumbing emergency at 11 pm where both bathrooms were leaking water , not only did rob answer the phone but he showed up that night and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently ! Following morning rob came out to replace old pipes that were completely in need of updating . I will trust no one but rob for future plumbing needs. 100% satisfied with the work and the price .
I'm not one to take the time to write a review on the performance of a person or company because as a customer I' not only want the task or job to be done right but it to be clean and done in a timely manor. My daughter bought a house and the pipes would make noises.after talkingwith Rob for a few minutes he diagnosed the problem over the phone.but best part is he came out to fix it on a Holliday and didn't inflate the charge.
My experience with Rob was as good as it could possibly have been, and I highly recommend him to everyone. He was quick and responsive, and clearly demonstrated that he's honest, fair, capable and effective. No one likes plumbing problems, but Rob makes them as painless as they can be. He's an absolute straight shooter who gives accurate and truthful assessments.
