Construction Companies near Oxnard picked by BestProsInTown
“We used GV Construction to repair our chimney that had rusted through continuous exposure to the salt air. GV's work-crew were timely, efficient, and communicated well through-out the process. Our chimney required special order parts, which they took care of. They were able to do the repairs without entering the house, which was nice in this time of COVID concerns. The pricing was fair and reasonable, and we would use them again for future jobs.”
“We just had the wonderful opportunity to work with Saul and his very accomplished builders to construct a brand new house in Summerland. His professionalism and attention to detail are unparalleled. The whole process was organized, thoughtful and absolutely no drama involved. Saul brings a rare ability to listen to the issues and to find the best manner to achieve the best of results.”
“I'm in the process of doing major exterior renovations to my home. Boxing in the eaves for weather protection and aesthetics, replacing/removing damaged fascia, painting, replacing a storm door and repairing around the window frames. Gary has the patience of a saint. He explains the breakdown of the cost and materials involved to do the project. He shows up and explains the process when I get overwhelmed and am ready to give up. If you need someone to do the job right the first time and explain the reasons certain construction processes are beneficial compared to other methods, EPC Construction is the way to go. I am looking forward to the completion of this exterior renovation and know it will be as successful as the kitchen remodeling project they did for me in 2024.”
