My recent experience was great and it was my first time there. Upon entering there was about a 4 minute wait to check-in at the front desk, which given the amount of people that was understandable. They did advise to be there 20 min earlier than my appointment which I was. In total, I waited about 35min to get called in. Once in the back, I did notice a lot of rooms so I can understand why there is a lot of people. After vitals checked, the provider was there maybe 5 min after so did not take long at all. I had surgery in sept . Complete knee . The staff all the way to the cleaning were exceptional. The only complaint I have is I sent a card to I think it was Mr. Young letting him know about the outstanding job the employees were doing and I never received anything from him letting me know he got the card.My 3 day stay turned into a 5 day and was well taken care of
I've been coming here for 8 years now. There is always a wait: in the waiting room and even when you get into the room. You will be there about an hour or an hour and a half. Currently, half way of this year, 2019, I have switched to a different CMH clinic.
