10/10 for Natalia and Gabby. I know that I can go to either of them and my eyebrows are always perfect. The space is always clean and they are so knowledgeable and helpful with product.
I got a hair dryer so if I ever have a hot chick come over, she knows she can do her hair in the morning and lie to her boyfriend about what she did with me. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. ha ha ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha
I was in looking for a gift for my daughter at the Benefit section. Natalie saw me looking around and graciously helped me select a gift for my daughter and I ended up buying myself brow items too! I then had Natalie do my brows, and she took the time to educate me on how you use the products. My brows look so beautifully arched and filled in with the right color! I will be going back to Natalie! It’s rare you find exceptional customer service…when I find it, I let everyone know! Kudos to Ulta for a great employee, Natalie!
