The clinic clearly explains at booking that a consultation prepayment is required and that missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged, since they are by appointment only. They also explain these policies ahead of time and are understanding when true emergencies occur. The staff was very kind and did a wonderful job with my puppy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.“

The staff is great and the Dr. Is very thorough. The facility is always clean and never any delays.“
