The technician who came out, David, was very good. He did what needed to be done and the heater was back in service. He was professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this business.

After several months of battling my home warranty company to replace a mini-split system in my home, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and hire a contractor and pay the cost out of pocket. I obtained estimates from Anacapa and one other company. I decided to go with Anacapa because they were able to install within the week versus the other company which was scheduling several weeks out. I was thrilled with my decision.
