Rick came into the house and accessed my job and immediately filled me with a sense of confidence that he was going to handle my needs professionally and with excellent results. Once he was done i was extremely happy with the job. Rick did a great job.

Technician showed up on time. He was professional, informative, and did a good job cleaning my carpet. He also seemed honest compare to some other techs I had in the past. Only thing I wasn't sure i needed scotchgard application on my fairly new carpet and the extra charge that came with it. Also how to really know if it was applied.
