I did definitely give Dr. Vaughn's office 5 stars! I used to have to get a ride to Chico to see a doctor there. This Chico doctor was no where near Dr. Vaughn's staf! And thank God it's right around the corner from my house here in Oroville. I saw Ashley a NP there and she was wonderful! She took her time and listened to everything I had to say. She didn't rush me out of there. I would definitely recommend this office for your health problems! They are the best I have ever found!

I love Dr Smith and his PA but the office staff has become horrible. Won’t refill prescription and not narcotics or pain pills. Won’t answer the phone most of the time and if they do it’s a long wait after they put you on hold. I have been a patient for years and just wish he could get back to the great office staff he used to have.
