Highly recommend this gym! Very clean, well equipped and an amazing staff! Special mention to Josh. Anytime I need advice on how to do a specific exercise, he happily shows me and explains in detail in how to perform it.Thank you!
I just joined and I have a long road ahead for my fitness plan, but NSFIT is a great place for my journey. There are always plenty of treadmills and the temperature is consistent. The stuff is welcoming and informative. One improvement would be to have bluetooth access to the TVs.
The staff are great! However it would be nice if it wasn’t always hotter than 75 degrees in the building… seriously though why is it so hot in there Also wish you guys would open at 4am and maybe stay open later than 6pm on weekends!! These reasons alone are making me consider switching to Lords.
