Would have given them a ZERO star review. My husband had an appointment at 7:15 am. 8:15 am and he still wasn’t able to get seen yet; due to work he decided to walk out. Mind you when we call to make appointments it’s because we’re going around work schedules and want to be seen at a closer time to the appointment time. This is unacceptable. As a healthcare worker who works as a certified nurse assistant would it be ethical to attend or help any of my patients past a certain time ? No. I understand medical fields are understaffed and many people have to get seen but I have worked with facilities where we are extremely short staffed and still are able to do the care...read full review

Had a appointment with Dr. Ching was literally on my last leg. I was suffering from a double ankle fracture which is broken still and severe infection. As he comes into the room he looks at me as if i shouldn't be there!? Him Quoting I seen you at the hospital with a angry stare. I tell him I'm border line sepsis and my ankle is still broken which it was after I went too Sutter Er prior to this primary. He looked at it and said oh you'll be fine there's nothing wrong!? After that I was upset becuase I needed antibiotics immediately alsi on the verge of dieing from infection! I have called the office twice, both times the receptionist “finally” answered and put me on hold “for a minute”.The first time I hung up after 5 minutes. The second time I hung up at the 12 minute time.I’ll go somewhere else.
