I went here for a brake job that was completed. However, it was a lot more than another shop I had gone to initially. I went back to Gilberts because they helped me earlier this year and were very honest. It is a safe shop for women to go to.I would’ve really that five stars but I feel that for what I got done was over priced considering a much larger shop was going to charge me less for the same job.I do fully believe though that good work is not cheap, and cheap work is not good. The courtesy of the staff is what will bring me back for my next auto repair.Service: Brakes

I dropped off my car in the morning and they were quick to diagnose and do what I asked just to make sure my car is safe for the road. Since they didn’t find anything wrong (based on my complaint about my car) they didn’t charge me for the inspection. They were recommended to me and if there’s anything I need for my car, I’d be coming back for sure! Very friendly and professional!Services: Electrical
