Still going the FRTH for Medical and Dental. I always get in to see my Doc and never a wait of more than 10 minutes. Where else can you see you Doc without waiting an hour or two? I can get an appt to see him within a week. Bonus if just a follow up, you can have a phone call with them. Dental ok. I love the hygenist Maria. It is more difficult to get an appt., sometimes a few months, but be sure to always make a new one even if months ahead! Of course in an emergency you can go in to wait, but then you actually do have to wait! Know other places you can go, but hear dreadful stories of waiting to get in even with an appt! Love FRTH! I can't believe someone gave this amazing facility one star, because of one receptionist. I haven't had any issues at the Oroville facility. Quite frankly, there's many receptionists there... so if you have one bad experience, tell them! Don't be childish about it. I found Tribal Health after going through nightmare situation after nightmare situation with the Sutter North network. Not only have I found the greatest primary care doctor ever (Dr. Sakal), but I can whole heartedly say that the entire team there has been nothing but wonderful and helpful to me.
