Been coming here for about a year now to see Richard. The staff is absolutely amazing. My life would be miserable without them. I also have a busy work life schedule so I am constantly changing my appointments and the gals are very understanding about it. If you treat them with respect, they give it right back. The gals up front are super nice and friendly. I see the difficult people come in or call every time I am there for my appointment, and they continue to provide good customer service regardless. I have so much respect for them for having to deal with this day in and day out and still remain positive. Richard is very personable and genuinely cares for my well being....read full review
This is a really top notch pain management clinic. I’m a cancer survivor and was with a pain Doctor in Yuba City who was just the worst. My oncologist retired and my new oncologist doesn’t do the meds like my original Dr., thus pain management. The office ladies are extremely friendly and helpful. I don’t feel uncomfortable like at the Yuba City PM office. I have Richard S. as my Dr. He is very attentive and open to trying new treatments. Even with a 30 minute drive, I’d much rather come to the Oroville Pain Clinic where I’m treated a person in pain not a drug seeker.
