Amazing service. I have Fidelity home warranty and got referred to Bishop plumbing for my leaking water heater. Robert came out and assessed it, and said it needed replacement. The flooring underneath had some water damage and I asked if I could replace myself after removal. He said no problem. Once home warranty approved it, Michael came and removed on Wednesday, I did the floor and he came out on Thursday for install. Great business, professional, quickly done and I would refer anyone to Bishop plumbing.

I am so glad to have found bishop plumbing. I now use them for all my plumbing needs. Their prices are much more reasonable than other plumbers, and they are much more informative, courteous, and down to earth. All repair jobs so far have been done perfectly the first time. The only issue I have had is when I called them once - stressing that it was not urgent - and it took them weeks to actually get to the call back. I understand that plumbers are by nature often dealing with urgent issues but it seemed like a long time to call back. The lady on the phone, though, was very apologetic and explained that the schedule had been unusually hectic with plumbing emergencies.

We submitted a home warranty and were assigned Bishop. They called us first thing Monday morning (our claim was submitted on a Sunday) and were at our house before 12!
Very responsive. Their technicians were awesome. Listened to my explanation of the problem and thoroughly explained the next steps/process.
Highly recommend.
