They ruined my $300 eucalyptus fiber comforter. I brought my buffy breeze in and asked if they could dry clean it—I didn’t care what price. I expressed it was dry-clean only and the man at the counter said we’ve been in business 20 years they know how to clean a comforter. They washed it normally and now it’s lumpy. I might as well have a $40 Amazon blanket now. Don’t trust them to listen to you.(This was last summer).

I would not recommend this place. I asked them to fix a hole in my pants. They completely ruined the pants by having stitches in very obvious locations while it could be easily hidden. When I presented to them the pants, instead of apologizing and acknowledging the mistake, they argued that I was informed that stitches will be on the pants. Between the poor work and the lack of professional behavior when work is poorly done, I would not recommend the placeService: Alterations
