Horrible experience with the billing office and their staff. I scheduled a well-woman visit for a routine pap test and asked one additional question. According to my insurance plan, preventive services such as well-woman visits and Pap tests should be fully covered without a copay. The provider didn't provide any testing, diagnostics, prescription, nor schedule follow-up care. However, they billed me an additional $143 for a so-called 10min discussion which is out of the insurance coverage, while the whole visit was like 10 min. Never going back again! Such a scam!

I've visited this office twice now, but unfortunately, my experience hasn't met my expectations. During my annual visit, I asked Dr. Perry a question, and the response I received seemed incorrect. I kindly tried to clarify my question and express my concerns, but the conversation was abruptly cut short. I was told that the appointment was over and that I would need to schedule another visit to ask any additional questions. This left me feeling quite dissatisfied with the level of care and attention I received.

Doctor Tiffany Pham was visited after m OBGYN retired. She is rude, disrespectful and ordered an expensive (not covered by insurance) battery of tests because I asked to continue hormone therapy. All tests were normal but I am out almost $1000 out of pocket and the bills keep coming. She punished me financially. Told me to be quiet during appointment. Know it all 30 something. Truly evil. Stay away!
