“It must've been 8 o'clock at night 2008. I accidentally deleted all my Favorites. Ryan came out at that time of night. I got my Favorites back. Ever since, I only rely on A Better Computer Doctor for all my electronic issues. Mary is a sweetheart and absolutely delightful disposition, not to mention her professionality. One extremely important aspect of A Better Computer Doctor is that Ryan doesn't do 'guess work'; he knows what he's doing. Then, I moved to Paradise and decided that if I'm gonna live in the boondocks with the bears, deer, bobcats and big cats, I better get a very good computer system with all the best quality insides: best graphic card, sound card, RAM, high speed, etc. I gave Ryan and Mary a budget number. Ryan drove from Sacramento to my place in Paradise. I couldn't believe it. Now, he does 'remotes' to maintain the system. It's almost impossible to trust anyone out there with what you own.
